Responsibilities:

• Produce impressive and memorable and engaging landing page designs, graphical assets, website banners, and creatives for social media.

• Select, edit and retouch product and model images.

• Communicate and present design concepts to the internal stakeholders and create presentation materials that effectively communicate vision and goals.

• Interpret needs, objectives, and direction from the clients to ensure the design concepts meet brand standards and business goals.

• Proactively participate in content creation, product photo shoots, video shoots etc.

• Stay up to date with industry developments and tools.

• Support BD team in the renewal and extension of existing accounts by demonstrating Aspire Core Values.

• Meet accounts billing schedule and accounts receivable targets and ensure that all accounts pay promptly and within agreed credit terms with zero bad debt accounts.

• Provide regular analytics to the key account and ensure that the regular account reviews are completed

• Act as an extension of the client organization within Aspire for all activities and escalations and coordinating all resources necessary to resolve issues and promote success.

• Respond to client service requests/complaints in an efficient manner.

• Implementation on operational related procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements：

• Bachelor degree in design, visual communications or a related field

• 3 years’experience in graphic design

• Hands on experience in graphic design for digital marketing campaigns

• Proficient with graphic design tools such as adobe creative suite.

• Strong interests in motion graphics, video editing or experience in product photography

• Create and passionate with a sense of fashion

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present your solutions to various stakeholders.

• Self-motivate with good time management skills
