Working closely with outside sales, marketing and engineering, you will help bring your customers next big project to life by supporting their product and inventory needs.

About the role

As Inside Service Executive at Future Electronics, you will support the team to grow both Sourcing and Selling business in FGC(Business Partner Program) department.

What you'll do (responsibilities)

Sourcing:

• Receive purchase orders from FGC team internally
• Send purchase orders to BPP relevant contact window and help confirm delivery schedule
• Manage backlog related issues
• Provide purchase order backlog report to FGC team on a regularly basis
• Send daily RFQs to vendors
• Price negotiation
• Credit/Payment issue
• Expedites
• Handling pricing issue
• Cost analysis
• Data upload
• Source/vendor development
• Market intelligence collect

Selling:

• Customer account creation
• Load customer RFQs in Future SAQM
• Load sales orders in SA
• Manage all the sales order backlog related issues
• Handle payment, credit and shipping issues
• Help with any urgent issues between customers and Future to ensure smooth daily operation

What you'll need (qualifications)

• Certificate or Degree in Electronics or relevant discipline is preferred.
• Must be fluent in Chinese and English in both oral and written form.
• A minimum of two year experience in an Inside Sales/Purchasing Engineer/Asset Management/Buyer/Customer Service role gained from the electronics component or high technology industry.
• Execellent computer skills (Excel, word, powerpoint, outlook, etc.).
• Mastery of Future’s internal system is preferred.
• Good language skills (including written and spoken in Chinese, English, Japanese).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills(clarity, organized way of thinking).
• Good time management skills (works well under pressure).
• Proven multi-tasking skills.
• Operates from a service-oriented attitude.
• A proven team player.
• High energy level with a sense of urgency.
• "Can do" attitude (self-motivated).
