工作职责:  

1. 负责通过天猫旗舰店/京东自营店/官网等在线平台主动接入及外呼，与客户取得联系，销售戴尔家用、商用以及外星人系列产品；
2. 向客户推荐既满足实际的需求，也符合戴尔利润要求的销售方案；
3. 熟练掌握戴尔产品与服务的知识，能够应对客户的需求；
4. 维护并提升戴尔客户关系及市场份额，执行戴尔公司的市场战略与销售目标；
5. 协调并运用公司内部各各职能部门的资源，达到销售业绩，满足客户需求。

 

工作要求：

1. 本科毕业生；良好的英语读写能力；
2. 能建立并完成销售目标；能承担较高的工作压力，能适应晚班(晚上11点)以及周末节假日排班。
