Responsibilities 工作职责

• Leading and initiating projects at every stage of people development process including talent identification, talent review, talent development, and talent retention.

• With a passion to make an impact on Adama China business through developing comprehensive learning and development programs for China Cluster by leveraging internal and external resources, implementing talent mapping, conducting training needs analysis, designing, organizing and delivering training. Responsible for the handling of logistics issues of learning and development related program.

• Set up and continuously improve processes and tools related to learning programs. Responsible for quality control, evaluation & continuously improvement of all learning programs.

• Manage ad-hoc people development projects and initiatives.

Requirements 任职要求

• Bachelor or Master Degree, major in education or psychology or Human Resources or Business Administration, MBA- an advantage.

• At least 8 years working experience in Learning or Talent in MNC or training/consulting companies, and successful project experiences in setting up and upgrading talent development & learning capacity in large enterprises. Working experiences in big internet company is a plus.

• Proactive, self-motivated, can-do attitude; a team player, with strong sense of responsibility and urgency.

• High learning agilities, open-minded, with high .

• Process oriented, attention to detail, desire to continuously improve services, processes, and systems, coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.; can work under pressure.

• Strong relationship building and networking skills; strong communication and presentation skills.

• Can design and deliver training courses or facilitate workshop, Certified trainer is preferred.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (reading, writing, speaking).

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
