2.对SAT，SSAT和TOEFL最新的发展趋势进行研究，总结科学有效的应对体系，用学生容易接受的 方法进行教学。
3.不断对学生的学习成果进行调查，以改进教学过程。

任职资格：
1. 大学本科以上学历；有扎实的英语功底，并在各种英语考试中获得有说服力的分数；
2. 热爱教育工作，对学生认真负责；
3. 有很强的表达能力；善于用幽默或者激情的方法调动学生的积极性；
4. 有海外留学经历者优先。
