岗位职责：

1、负责开工前政府部门的文字材料准备和申报工作，负责建委、公安局、监理等政府开工手续的办理；

2、负责协调物业办理开工手续，负责办理施工人员施工证件；

3、负责工程施工现场电话、网络、打印机等办公设施的手续办理；

4、负责整理收集施工物资资料，组织参与过程检查并编辑整理记录单；

5、负责收集整理技术交底文件、作业指导书、施工周报等；

6、协助安全员收集整理安全资料；

7、负责物业日常手续的办理和申报；

8、负责安排防火材料检测；空气质量检测；消防设施、电气设施检测；

9、汇总大厦以往审图意见，提供给Design Unit、项目设计师、机电工程师参考；

10、负责申请过程中缴纳的各项费用并反馈给项目经理；

11、负责办理出入证件、装修押金退还手续；

12、负责各种图纸、文件、资料、原始记录等的收集归档；

13、协助安全员制作现场标语及规范；

14、收集、整理项目资料（竣工图、工程范围划分、联系表格、材料商及分包联系表格）移交给专业工长。

任职要求：

1、大学本科；

2、建筑工程、行政文秘类相关专业；

3、接受过项目管理、计划管理、沟通管理等相关培训；

4、1-3年以上工作经验；

5、熟练应用建筑资料软件；

6、具有较强的沟通能力，执行力，较强的团队合作、服务意识。
