职位描述
工作职责：
1、配合项目投标前期工作，负责工程项目的前期勘察，提供报价图纸及空调、电气主要设备的规格，对机电预算员交底，参与项目投标与讲标；
2、负责机电图纸的设计与深化，指导机电工程施工，提供机电技术支持，确保机电设计符合客户需求；
3、负责提供大厦物业及消防局报批图纸，与项目经理与工长进行交底；
4、根据客户变更需求及时更新图纸，根据现场问题及时给与解决方案；
5、参加隐蔽工程验收和其他阶段性验收，针对现场机电问题提出整改意见。
任职要求：
1、暖通空调等相关专业，熟悉空调专业知识、消防及给排水知识，了解相关规范；
2、具备三年及以上空调设计绘图经验，有大型办公室、厂房机电设计经验者、外资精装项目经验者优先；
3、熟练使用autoCAD等相关绘图软件，英语CET-4以上水平；
4、具备较强的计划和执行能力、较强的沟通能力，责任心强。
5、有设计院工作经验者优先考虑。
