1. 执行人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程和各类规章制度的实施，配合其他业务部门工作；

2. 协助负责公司企业文化的落地、员工大会组织、员工关系、内部人事流程落地等相关事宜；

3. 负责公司各项员工关系事务如居住证的办理，户口人才引进、应届生落户、外籍员工就业证办理、出国签证办理与供应商的联络、协调等工作；

4. 协助负责员工年度旅游、月度生日会、年会晚宴、俱乐部活动协调组织等员工活动的组织和落实；

5. 负责公司员工入职及离职手续的办理，并做好相关电子文档的维护、P-file的整理工作；日常考勤管理、餐费申请等事宜

6. 上级领导交办的其他工作事项。

1. 大专及以上学历，人力资源专业优先考虑；

2. 2年以上员工关系相关工作经验；

3. 熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际操作运用；

4. 具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，有较强的沟通、协调能力，有团队协作精神；

5. 工作富有激情，积极主动，具有良好的服务意识；

6. 熟练使用相关办公软件(Word、Excel、PPT)。
