• Ensure the production process to follow the lean production theory (One-piece flow, Throughput  time =  Value added time, Ergonomics) 确保生产流程遵循精益生产理论(单件流，Throughput时间=增值时间，人体工程学)；
• Compiling standards for production lines to support the requirements of new product technologies. 制定标准生产线，支持新产品的技术需求；
• Identify new process and continuously improving existing process standards to support production requirements 识别新工艺点，以及不断改进现有工艺标准以支持生产的需求；
• Understand the quality issues and identify risks. 了解相关质量的问题点，并进行风险识别；
• Develop and improve the new process equipment and organize project evaluation/design and meeting. 新工艺设备的开发改善，并组织方案的评估/设计与会议讨论；
• Communicate with suppliers about the technical questions. 与供应商进行技术沟通；
• Release equipment. 设备放行；
• New product process introduction 新产品的工艺引入：
• Led the PFC and process failure mode effects analysis and recognize the demand for fixtures. 主导制定PFC，并进行过程失效模式分析以及工装卡具的需求识别；
• Select the key equipment according to the process requirement. 根据工艺要求进行关键设备的选型；
• Organize meetings to discuss plan evaluation/design. 组织方案的评估/设计/会议讨论；
• Optimize the key process parameters. 关键工艺参数优化；
• Define and validate requirements for new production lines with statistical methods. 定义和验证新生产线使用统计方法的需求；
• Actively participating in projects to develop related new product technologies with main focus on requirements for any new production lines requirements. 根据新产线的要求，积极参与项目相关的新产品技术的发展

任职资格： 

• University degree of education. 本科及以上学历；
• Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering. 机械类或电气工程类专业/机械设计/自动化相关专业；
• Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills of English. 良好的英语听说读写水平
• Preferably five or more years of work experience in automotive industry. 5年或5年以上汽车行业公司工作经验。

1.  新能源汽车电池系统相关工作经验（新能源汽车电池线束联接，热管理系统配套产品的工艺开发经验。）
2.  熟悉超声波焊接（US Welding）工艺
3.  熟悉柔性电路板（Flexible Printed Circuit 简称FPC）工艺
4.  熟悉低压注塑（LPM），灌封（Potting）相关工艺

技能要求：  

• Lean Basic knowledge； Be able to apply Lean thinking to process design to make the process more reasonable and lead relevant departments to do improvement work. 精益基础知识；能在工艺设计的过程中应用Lean的思维使工艺过程更加合理，并带领相关部门做改善；
• Proficient in applying Sigma tools and thinking to process optimization. 六西格玛分析工具，能熟练运用Sigma 的工具与思维优化工艺过程；
• Be familiar with cost management, quality management and risk management tools during the project procedure, and can provide guidance for team members. 熟练掌握项目过程中的成本管理、质量管理以及风险管理等工具，并能为团队人员进行辅导；
• Good command of PDM, SAP, Windchill, SCIO-FEMA, and Microsoft office. 熟练掌握PDM, SAP, Windchill, SCIO-FEMA and Microsoft office等软件的应用；
• Good command of the procedure of process drawing design and tool design. 熟练掌握工艺图纸设计以及工具设计流程；
• Proficient in IATF 16949：2016 and process related terms requirements. 熟练掌握IATF 16949：2016与工艺相关的条款要求；
• Know well about APQP、FMEA、 SPC、 MSA and PPAP and be able to train others. 熟练掌握APQP、FMEA、 SPC、 MSA和PPAP汽车行业质量工具知识，并能培训辅导他人；
• Mastering and applying DOE, and can guide team members to make experiment design and work out the optimal solution. 熟练掌握与运用DOE，并能指导组员进行实验设计并制定出最优解决方案；
• Be able to use Minitab to complete complex regression tools, variance analysis tools and MSA tools. 能够利用Minitab完成复杂的回归工具、方差分析工具、MSA工具的运用。
