Lead the sourcing activity for Digital, Event, Media, E-commerce category. Work on Agency selection projects.

·  Work with stakeholders to streamline the related process.

·  Manage supplier relationship and enhance supply efficiency for the region.

· Work with global team and stakeholders to execute the global strategy and deliver hard savings, cost avoidance, and cash improvement.

·  Benchmark our costs versus industry practice.

·  Ensure compliance with group and Asia policies, procedures and process across the region.

·  Support and roll-out related projects in other Asia countries.
