               Job Summary (Purpose of the job) l  Provides expertise in software and system design and implementation for statistical methodologies.   Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)   l  Design and implement software programs for statistical methodologies. l  Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures, recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and optimization. l  Research, identify, analyze, and fulfill requirements of internal and external clients. l  Develop and maintain user manuals and documents. l  Manage and/or provide guidance to junior team members. l  Keep up to date on the newest technological innovations in the field and be ready to apply relevant innovations to our practice.     Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:   l  Bachelor’s or Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field with a minimum of six (6) years of experience with a Bachelor’s or a with a minimum of four (4) years of experience with a Master’s in software, system development. l  Expert in Python and at least one other programming language. l  HTML and Java-script experience is desired. l  Expert in at least one Database management, maintain, and development. l  Expert in at least one web framework. l  Experience in statistical programming is preferred. l  Strong communications and collaborations skills.
