Key responsibilities:
o Supervise the process of sales order taking, order revision and stock recovery
o Ensure the sales orders are communicated to relevant operations teams in a timely and organized manner for order selection, product loading and product delivery
o Ensure and backup product over, short and damage (OS&D) reconciliation and follow-up
o Disseminate product and promotion information to relevant operations teams and customers
o Supervise sales invoicing and the preparation of sales reports
o Liaise with relevant operations teams to meet customers' special requests and quote extra costs whenever necessary
o Deploy additional manpower by arranging weekend/holiday backup
o Take part in the annual physical inventory count together with the Inventory Control, Center and Finance and Accounting Teams to ensure stock accuracy
o Seek continuous process and quality improvements by streamlining work procedures and researching technological advancement
o Coordinate with internal resources to offer constructive solutions to satisfy the customers and to support their future growth
o Develop direct and different communication channels with customers' operations management
o Organize a booth by mobilizing internal or external manpower and resources for participating in customers' annual operations convention
o Support and participate in customers' project
Build up the customer services team and enhance performance through leading, motivating, coaching, training, leveraging, sharing information and job enrichment

o Ensure sales orders are processed in an accurate and effective manner and the customer services operation standards are maintained at a high level
o Seek proactive understanding of customers' needs and business plans
Promote organizational image and value to the customers

Skills:
o Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
