职位目标 / Position Objective:

基于微软的开发平台（C#、SQL Server），遵循公司软件开发流程，开发和支持用于公司内部的业务和产品制造的软件应用，针对业务需求提供稳定可靠的解决方案。目的是为了提高公司运营效率、控制产品的制造过程，加强产品质量控制，支持新产品的开发等。

Develop, maintain and support internal-used software applications basing on Microsoft platform (C#, SQL Server). Provide reliable software solutions to satisfy business requirements: improve company operation efficiency, to control manufacturing process, to ensure product quality, and to support new products.

主要工作职责 / Main Responsibilities:

1. 软件开发与维护

与公司内部用户进行沟通和合作，了解产品和制造过程，收集并分析业务需求。根据需求进行软件项目的设计、开发，测试和部署等工作，并编写相应文档。

支持业务发展，满足产品升级和生产改进的需求，对软件进行持续改进，升级和维护。与团队成员共同提高代码质量。

Software Development and Maintenance

Communicate and cooperate with internal customer, understand Rosemount product and process, collect and analysis the business requirement. Design, implement, test, deploy and document the software.

Continuously improve, upgrade and maintain existing software applications, to support business development, product upgrade and manufacturing process improvement. Improve the code quality with team.

2. 生产环境支持

及时响应用户关于软件、数据库、网络、操作系统等IT故障，与相关人员合作，***时间修复问题，最小化对生产的影响。

遵循公司IT策略，测试并更新软件的运行环境（如升级操作系统等）。

Floor Support

Respond to production issues about software, database, network, operating system and other IT-relevant factors. Work with team to fix up station as soon as possible, to minimize production impact.

Follow company’s IT policy about operating system updates, test applications under new system and perform system update.

公司内部所有业务部门，包括合同部、供应链管理部、工程部、生产部、财务部等。

集团在全球各地（如美国、新加坡）其它分公司的软件开发团队。

All business departments within local factory: Contract Admin, Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, Finance, etc.

Software developers at other Emerson factories all over the world (US, Singapore, etc.).

教育经验/知识技能/专业资质 / Education & Experience / Specific Knowledge & Skills / Qualification:

本科以上，计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业

一年以上C#.NET软件开发工作经验

有SQL Server数据库使用经验

良好的沟通能力、能读写英语技术文档和日常邮件

团队合作

具备较好的理解能力和学习能力

有制造业工作经验优先

Bachelor or greater degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant areas.

1+ year experience with C#.NET

Experienced with SQL Server

Good communication, can read/write documents and E-mails in English

Good at teamwork

Quick learner

Best if experienced in manufacturing industry.
