职位描述

Responsibility:

? Business development and present service to current and potential clients to win more revenue.

? Sends quotations and takes orders for the clients and communicates the details related to the

company or product, includes following up and tracking with the client.

? Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of

contacts to be made.

? Follow up on new leads and referrals.

? Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned

? Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships, including setting up calls,

in-person meetings, and after work events

? Continuous client and project management to ensure the needs of each client are met

? Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.

? Outstanding commercial sense, great presentation skills, excellent sales skills;

? Flexible in business travelling in North and Southeast Asia;

? Improve market share and product offerings through recommending improvements to executive

leadership based on your customer experiences and analysis.

Requirements:

? Education: Bachelor’s degree or above

? Working Experience: 3-6 years

? Language Ability: English- fluent oral and skilled in reading&writing.

? Has strong responsibility, aggressive of working well and to get more business revenue.

Solid sales work experience in IT related industry.

Intelligent, Honest, positive, can take on pressure.

? Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, know well about IT service,

labor market and outsourcing service.

? Self-starter with hustle and drive to seek new business opportunities

? Ability to proactively identify sales opportunities and develop client relationships

? Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills and the ability to adjust to

the personalities of various partners
