SUMMARY:

The Ocean Export CS is responsible for 1) coordinate with shipper / overseas for export shipment arrangement 2) secure space from carrier / co loader within desired shipping window

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Communicate with overseas / sales / shipper for shipment information collection

· Send volume forecast to carrier for space reservation 2 weeks in advance

· Offering truck and export customs declaration service upon shipper’s request

· Push for space release per planned schedule, escalate to supervisor if any space challenge

· Collaborate closely with operations to jointly delivering excellence customer service

· Verify carrier ocean freight cost & selling rate offered by overseas or sales

· Send pre alert to overseas within stipulated time frame

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Good at written English & CET 4

· Strong sense of responsibility and team work player

· Customer service mind set

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· College degree or above

· At least 2 years of working experience in similar position at Foreign forwarding companies
