职位描述
Key Areas of Responsibility 主要职责范围：
Install and administrate all the systems on customers’ sites.
Ensure the maintenance of all installed customers’ systems.
Write system and software validation / integration tests plan by basing on specifications and requirements
Improve / modify existing test plans
Conduct methodically the tests and record the results
Investigate and understand analyze the true nature of issues / bugs encountered or submitted by customers; resolve them when possible, otherwise escalate to expert teams.before submitting them into the bug / evolution management system
Log and organize all issues / bugs.
Make regular activity reports for project / product managers.
Interface with customers and internal technical teams.
Ensure the capitalization of the acquired knowledge and experience by producing . Produce the incident report & the preventive maintenance report. Ddocument solutions to problems that might be reused by other team members in the future.
Provide Operation Manual and training in Chinese for the client and the local partners.
Participate in trade shows and exhibition for installation and demonstration of our products.
Qualification and Requirements职位要求：
Bachelor degree in Information Technology.
Fluent in Chinese and English (French a plus).
Effective listening, concern with quality and an appropriate sense of urgency in fulfilling customer requirements.
Good ability to trace and analyze cases. Perform analysis and tune operating system and IT performance.
Helpful minded and always ready to satisfy customers.
Independent and polyvalent with sense of initiative.
Curious and fast learning.
Well organized, methodical and pay attention to details.
Technical Requirements 技术要求：
OS: Windows (XP, 2003 server, 2008 server, Seven), Linux RedHat, AIX
Programming languages: Python, Jave
Softwares: Oracle, Office, JS2E, Web, XML
Hardware: IBM, Servers, storage, network
