职位描述
Key Areas of Responsibility 主要职责范围：
？ Customization and localization of existing Morpho’s software related to Morpho biometric terminals.
？ Analyze Chinese customer’s and market’s needs, translate them into software specifications, define system architectures and development plans
？ Developments of new software and interfaces for existing softwarefor Morpho biometric terminals.
？ Manage and master the versions of software.
？ Follow-up and support for Chinese certification of Morpho biometric terminals.
？Install and administrate biometric terminals provided by Morpho Europe / US and our partners.
？ Plan and implement validation tests to ensure the quality of the software.
？ Investigate and understand the true nature of issues / bugs; resolve them when possible.
？ Make regular activity reports for project / product managers.
？ Interface with French technical teams and Chinese partner’s technical teams.
？ Ensure the capitalization of the acquired knowledge and experience. Produce the incident report & the preventive maintenance report. Document solutions to problems that might be reused by other team members in the future.
Qualification and Requirements职位要求：
？ Bachelor degree in Information Technology.
？ No less than 1 years of experience of working experiences in software programming.
？ Fluent in Chinese and English (French a plus).
？ Effective listening, concern with quality and an appropriate sense of urgency in fulfilling customer requirements.
？ Autonomous, able to define realistic development plans et follow them
？ Sensitive to the source code quality (naming, reuse, maintenance)
？ Ability to trace and analyze cases. Perform analysis and tune operating system and IT performance.
？ Independent and polyvalent with sense of initiative.
？ Curious and fast learning.
？ Well organized, methodical and pay attention to details
Technical Requirements 技术要求：
？ OS: Windows (Mobile, XP, 2003 server, 2008 server, Seven), Linux Ubuntu (Eclipse).
？ Programming platforms: Windows Mobile 6.5, Android, Windows.
？ Programming languages: C Sharp, C, C++, Java, Python.
？ Software: MS Visual Studio, QT, CSS, JS2E, JavaScript, HTML, XML, Oracle, SVN, Jira.
？ Hardware: Palms, Smartphone, Pad, servers, network.
