职位描述

Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position
  1. Develop sales improvement programs and follow through the action plans:
  • Retail performance analysis by nameplate/dealer/dealer group/region/province/city level based on sales funnel KPIs.
  • Quickly respond to retail challenges and come up with sales performance improvement measures.
  • Coordinate with sales region/network/training/central & retail marketing team etc. for driving retail performance improvement related tasks and projects.
  1. Deep dive market trend and competitor moves and provide solid analysis for sales measures decision.
  • Understand and forecast dynamic industry trend including total industry, premium market, sedan/suv segments, sub-segments, etc..
  • Closely monitor key competitor parameters including sales strategies, volume development, product actions, etc. and deliver solid competitor information package to internal stakeholders. Make comparison with Lincoln and propose for sales countermeasures.
  1. Regular sales reporting and dealer sales meeting materials preparation:.
  • Collect dealer retail forecast by week. Analyze and prepare monthly forecast accordingly.
  • Monthly sales summary and report preparation.
  • Weekly/Bi-weekly dealer webex meeting support.
  • Regional/national dealer meeting sales materials preparation and dealer communication support.
  • Ad-hoc reports preparation.
  1. Support sales regions on data collection and analysis, meeting materials preparation, etc. Understand the actual sales situation at dealers.
 
Selection Criteria
  • Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree on Business Administration or other related majors.
  • Experience: 5+ years’ experience in automotive industry. Sales management/reporting experience preferred.
  • Language: Excellent Chinese and English.
  • Specific Knowledge: Automobile retail/Wholesale operation knowledge, industry/competitor knowledge.
  • Functional Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Detail minded with strong strategic thinking.
  • Able to think analytically and understand, interpret and summarize sales information.
  • Able to stay focused and organized to achieve the pre-established objectives under pressure.
  • Highly effective and motivated, able to work independently and be a team player with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Forward thinking and results-driven with a strong commitment to succeed.
  • Positive, proactive and self-motivated attitude coupled with good time management.
