职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for after-sales warranty business, build after-sales warranty structure, system, and business process.
2. Investigate and formulate warranty policies, and develop warranty manuals.
3. Develop training materials for warranty business; implement training for service center and internal colleagues.
4. Review the warranty documents and answer the service center's warranty policy consultation.
5. Organize, monitor and analyze relevant data of claim and warranty regularly, and output report documents.
6. Manage warranty reconciliation and initiate financial settlement process.
7. Manage warranty audit of service centers.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years working experience in maintenance business
2. Familiar with EV warranty related industry policies and regulations, and understand the warranty policies of mainstream competitors
3. Familiar with the development process of warranty manual, with practical experience;
4. Familiar with the training, development and implementation process of warranty business, with practical experience;
5. Familiar with the data logic related to warranty business, able to make suggestions on the development of warranty system
6. Familiar with warranty assessment and consultation business process
7. Familiar with the process of warranty reconciliation and settlement
8. Familiar with warranty audit process
9. Fluent oral English;
10. Teamwork spirit, able to complete tasks independently, strong adaptability to the environment
