Position Purpose(Overview of the position)     Help the company to develop clear business strategies, including brand positioning, automobile product portfolio, connectivity and digital services, and new business models Study current trends in the Automobile industry and consumer behavior, and leverage these insights to help build a highly differentiated winning strategy for Company C in Greater China Study and prepare for business models and business cases to support these strategies Run PMO organization and maintain excellence of operating management system

Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position

Lead project teams in the development of business strategies for various areas of the Greater China business – Where To Play and How To Win Partner with Ford Greater China senior leadership to define the key strategic choices, analyze the trade-offs, make recommendations, define our differentiation plan, and develop clear implementation plans Develop internal tool set to strengthen the capability of the Strategy function in the Greater China market.  This incluces core skill training, and people coaching and mentoring. Create business models that drive sustainable long-term growth. Evaluate partnership opportunities and their potential to deliver on our strategic priorities Support Project Director and the rest of leadership team in following to ensure BEV Company’s smooth incorporation and formation:   Overall company governance Maintain building blocks (dashboard scorecard) and operating mechanism Streamline Company C business setup plan Regular tracking documentations and status reports Ad-hoc support for critical issues
