Key Responsibilities:
 

• Manage and implement verification and problem solving of after-sales technical deliverables, such as maintenance manuals, labor time, tools, equipment, diagnosis, etc.
• Responsible for the operation of the technical hotline, support the service center online to solve repair technical problems, and provided on-site technical support when necessary.
• Sort out and give feedback on major after-sales quality problems, cooperated with quality and engineering departments to develop solutions.
• Manage and support the service center to carry out after-sales actions such as recall/technical announcement.

 
Job Requirements:
 

• 5 years or above working experience in technical support.
• Familiar with EV electrical architecture, high voltage system, fault diagnosis and other maintenance technologies, with practical experience.
• Familiar with the verification work content and workflow of after-sales technical deliverables.
• Familiar with technical support workflow and hotline system for dealers.
• Familiar with the quality issue response process and system.
• Familiar with recall/technical announcement response process and system.
• Fluent oral English communication.
• Teamwork spirit, able to complete tasks independently, strong adaptability to the environment.
