职位描述
工作内容：
1. 在总部专家中心的指导下，设置巡检标准编写路线施备运行计划、年度预防保养（特别是关键包含业供应商实施的计划）、巡检方案，并组织实行。
2. 负责办公楼的用设施备、装饰修日常运行维护与保养。
3. 进行数据收集整理，逐步建立设备台账为后续资产化体系计算机署做准。
4. 就质保外的相关预防养、维修改造，提供专业方案及报价主审批。
5. 逐步建立备品件计划，并落实管理。
6. 对运行、维保中出现的问题进记录汇总，分析并提改方案以减少异常发生。
7. 对专业供应商进行管理。
8. 按时提交汇总月度报告。
9. 配合业主，负责特种设备及其关键部件如压力表、安全阀等的年检。
10 确保规性，配合业主，与政府相关部门就设施运行问题规性沟通协调如供电消防废水气排放等。
11 协助监管外来施工人员现场作。
12 其他合同理范围内的事项。
