? Assist the HRBP and business leaders in identifying and deploying training programs and tools to support long-term growth strategies;
? Understand features and designs of different learning and development programs and effectively deploy to achieve desired business outcomes;
? Participate in designing and delivery of soft skills courses, enrich facilitators resources by developing internal facilitators;
? Track and manage top talent and provide assistant to managers on developing individual development plans;
? Act as program manager or core program team member to define overall program strategy, objectives, roadmap and resources needed;
? Measure and monitor training effectiveness and report on activities, costs, performance as required;
? Employee engagement and culture communication via internal channels；
? Employee branding via social media, support the special project，management trainee program and monitoring feedback;
? Other tasks that Line manager assigns.

职位要求：

? At least 5 years of progressive experience in training, learning and development and culture building;
? Strong project management skills and able to arrange work and manage project effectively;
? Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English;
? Bachelor’s degree and above with proven ability to understand and work effectively in complex business environments
