职位描述

Job Responsibility

·       Develop initiatives to find and expand distribution channels for consumer, etc

·       Help executive the B2B E-com strategies for company

·       Capture ecommerce market share through innovative and quantitative online strategies with key B2B platform, online/mobile apps and service provides

·       Drive the negotiations with relevant key market players/e-retailers to achieve the best online opportunities

·       Collaborate and partner with broader WS team to support the delivery of strategic and operating plans and business development initiatives

·       Continually review and innovate our consumer products ecommerce strategy and deliver execution to ensure it meets the needs of our multichannel business and optimizes our offerings

·       Support to managing ecommerce efforts for, including the key partners and platforms

·       Build and maintain good relationships with key distributors

·       Ensure consumer facing implementation exceeds customer/buyer/consumer/guest expectations through the maintenance of strong business relationships with designated partners

·       Building good working relationships with relevant internal teams to ensure a successful and effective B2B ecommerce business

·       Aligning market information to drive insight and improvement in all aspects of online/web experience

·       In charge of preparing, organizing  the sales meeting to ensure  achieving the season target.

Key Qualification

  • Extensive knowledge of product, market and consumer with extensive knowledge of competitive market and sensitive of fashion trends
  • Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations
  • Solid understanding of sales programs, policies and procedures
  • Proven track record of problem resolution with complex business issues
  • In-depth knowledge of financial analysis and business planning
  • Development of seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans
  • Ability to persuade and influence people to take desired action
  • Good ability to data and product analysis.
