1. -Have bank staff known the external/internal compliance-related requirements and their tendency

2. -Update bank staff with new regulations and their impact on bank business

3. -Ensure the external/internal compliance-related requirements are duly complied with

4. -Provide regulation interpretation, compliance advice and relevant training during daily business

5. -Handle various applications of business/product

6. -Prepare external/internal compliance-related reports, tables and surveys

7. -Provide branch-level AML/CTF management

8. -Assist country compliance head to review, update and implement internal compliance policies & procedures

9. -Participate in compliance-related projects report to country compliance head.

10. -Develop and maintain good communication channel with CBRC/PBOC/SAFE/NDRC.
