Key Responsibilities:

? Process and manage customer orders in compliance with order processing guidelines

? Coordinate for problem solving at each stage of Order to Invoice/Revenue progress

? Customer complaint handling

? Organize system master data and enhance order/delivery related reports to give management team visibility

? Assistance on cross-functional works such as goods return and payment collection etc.

? Other tasks assigned by line manager or company

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies Required:

? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

? 2+ years experiences in Customer Service or Logistics

? Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

? Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

? Positive, aggressive and could be a good team player

? Professional communication skills
