IP/宽带协议软件开发工程师职位简介（Enea consultant in Ericsson)
职位目标：
负责IP和宽带产品软件协议的设计,主要负责开发或修改产品以满足客户需求：
? 负责电信设备L2/L3层协议的开发和维护
? 与系统部门合作参与系统设计
? 负责相关技术文档
? 负责编码，单元测试及基本的软件功能测试
? 与第三方软件模块的整合
? 代码及文档走读
? 与中国或其他国家团队的工程师交流
职位要求:
? 计算机或通信相关专业本科学位或硕士学位（硕士优先）
? 熟练掌握C语言
? 两年或以上IP和宽带产品的L2/L3层协议开发经验
? 熟悉RTOS（Vxworks，PSOS，Linux OS）
? 熟悉以下任何一种协议中：TCP/IP,SIP,GPON,TR069/TR098/TR104,PPP,H.248,802.1d/1p/1q
? 很好理解2,3层网络（以太网交换技术,桥接,VLAN,IP路由））
? 优秀的分析问题解决问题的能力
? 良好的文档书写，交流能力。要求能用英文对话及书写。
? 良好的团队合作精神。
Job Objective:
The position will be responsible for protocol SW design in IP and broadband productarea, such as GPON, OMS, Mini-Link and IP router. As software design engineer,develop or modify the products to meet the customer's requirements as well asfulfill the business requirements on cost, time and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design and maintenance of L2/L3 protocol on telecommunication equipments
- Participate in systemization together with people from System team
- Responsible for writing technical documents, e.g. Implementationproposal, Design specification, Test Specification, and etc.
- Responsible for coding ,unit test, basic integration test of SWfunctions
- Integrate software with third part software modules
- Review source code & documents
- Efficiently communicate with engineers from other teams in Chinaand other countries

Qualifications &Requirements:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc in Computer Science or telecommunication engineering orrelated discipline (Masters preferred)
- Strong C programming skills
- 2 years or above L2/L3 protocol SW development experience in IP andbroadband product area
- RTOS embedded experience (VxWorks, PSOS, Linux OS)
- Experienced in telecommunication protocols, any of following protocols:TCP/IP stack, SIP, GPON, TR069/TR098/TR104, PPP,H.248, 802.1d/1p/1q
- Good understanding of networking technologies at Layer-2/Layer-3 (e.g.,Ethernet switching, bridging, VLAN, IP routing and forwarding)
- Good Analytic ability and good capacity to structure a problem andgather information
- Good technical writing, communication skills and high proficiency inEnglish both oral and written
- Must be self-motivated, good team player; be able to work cohesivelywithin the team and across geographically spread teams to accomplish results
