Principal Responsibility:

- Understand and full range of RSN products and promote these products

- Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department

- Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with RSN China objectives

- Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities

- Co-ordinate with e-commerce managers for online and print marketing campaigns

- Oversee the company’s marketing budget

- Create and publish of all marketing material in line with marketing plans

- Plan and implementing promotional campaigns

- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

- Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing

- Annual marketing plan preparation and implementation

- Arrange regular press releases, media and PR interviews, articles, and PR request management

- Event planning and oversight

- Develop VIP lists

- Attend and participate in all RSN China marketing events

- Create and maintain all marketing SOPs and manuals

Requirements:

- Fluency in English required

- Professional degree/qualification in business, marketing, PR preferred

- At least 3-5 years experience in sales, marketing, and PR channels for customer retail and preferably wine or luxury products

- Independent, driven, team leader. Strong commination with good people skills

- Strong computer knowledge
