Job Description
In the Sales Manager position you will be responsible for a revenue quota, and the execution of selling Enea's products targeted at the following vertical markets: Networking Equipments, Mobile Phones, Automation, Military and Automotive. You will also be working together with our existing distributor/s to promote and sell our products in the Chinese market.
To be successful in this position you will have to master a complex and often technically challenging sales process, sometimes working with other partner companies in the value chain to satisfy the requirements from the most demanding companies in the market. We believe you should have a background from selling operating systems and or development tools, with a solid understanding of embedded systems development. You possess personal qualities such as being goal oriented, responsible and ambitious.
You will be reporting directly to the General Manager, Enea Beijing.
Requirements and Qualifications
? MS/BS/BA university degree
? Minimum 5 years of experience selling complex products to the embedded market
? Previous experience from working with embedded OS/RTOS and development tools.
? Previous experience working with TEM, preferably Huawei and ZTE
? Previous experience working with chip vendors, preferably Freescale, TI, Cavium
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
? Excellent proficiency in both written and oral English
? Must be willing to travel frequently
? Native Chinese speaking/writing
? Position location: Wang Jing, Chao Yang District, Beijing
