Enea Project Management Officer
Describtion:
-Location: Beijing, China
-Responsible for managing both product and the professional service project, start from pre-sale to project closeout.
-Plan and coordinate project activities as well as resources; Define internal delivery project process and monitor the execution of the process
-Lead a project team of internal and external resources to provide solutions and services to customers;
-Manage projects development and service rollout, with proven methodology and industry best practice, with focus in on-time quality delivery and strong sense of project expense vs. customer satisfaction;
-Develop, implement and maintain communication and progress reports and channels;
-Handling the total customer experience (including the escalation, charging process)
-Participate in pre-sales and post-sales activities on products and services;
Qualification:
-Bachelor degree or above mainly in Computer Science or related majors (e.g. information technology, electronic engineering, mathematics, etc.)
-Minimum 5-6 years post graduate working experience of which 3 years in IT project management of international company
-multi-project director, department management, especially customer facing experience capacity.
-Familiar with embedded system as preferred
-Good understanding of software development, quality processes and CMMI concept.
-Good planning skill is a must
-Strong presentation / document writing skill is a must
-Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal in Chinese and English) to all management levels within customer organization;
-Ability to work independently, lead and motivate people to deliver good results;
-Experience working with remote teams, multiple projects and multiple tasks in parallel.
-Very strong organization and time management skills
-Proven negotiation and facilitation skills, and experience in conflict resolution
-Ability to handle unique situations and make decisions on business issues.
-Ability to work with different kind of technical people and customers, and to manage expectations
