Position Summary

1) Daily visits to mom & baby stores in the area of responsibility to educate the staff in the shops and to liaise with the store manager to accomplish our sales goals

日常拜访零售门店（母婴、商超、院属等），完成销售指标;

2) Develop new retail stores to create the sales point of Medela products. Spread and educate the customer by the concept of breastfeeding

开发零售网点，使之成为美德乐产品的主要销售网点，并在日常工作中传播和推广喂养的观念

3) Collect, analysis and arrange the competition information of the industry and prod-ucts in the target market. Offer important reference basis for superior to make a strategic decision

收集、分析与整理本区域目标市场的行业与产品竞争信息，提供重要参考依据

4) Hand in glove with marketing department, in charge of planning, organizing and car-rying out the promotional activity in the retail channel.

与市场部密切配合，负责产品零售渠道推广活动的计划、组织、实施与协调工作

5) Keep good relationship with the VIP

与关键客户保持良好的关系

6) In charge of the stock, product display and other maintenance in the baby store dur-ing daily work

负责监控零售门店的库存水平,商品陈列等零售相关工作

7) Build a sales team and bring the team to achieve the sales target set by the company in the responsible region.

建立销售队伍，带领团队完成公司在所管辖区域的销售目标

8) Cooperate with the Marketing team to carry out the strategy of the company. Frame the strategy in the responsible region, exploit the local market and break down the sales target.

与市场部合作，执行公司营销策略并对区域市场开拓进行策划，制定本区域营销计划.分销销售目标

9) Select and manage qualified distributor, manage distribution channel according to the company policy.

选择并管理区域内的经销商，协调并理顺区域内分销渠道，依照公司政策建立区域销售的分销网络。

10) Visit and keep good relationship with the VIP person of the target hospital in the re-gion.

负责区域内重点医院客户的拜访维护

11) Feedback the information regarding to the market trend, demand of customer, rival product.

提供市场趋势.需求变化，竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息

12) Manage and control the sales expense in the responsible region.

• Job Requirements and Qualifications

  岗位要求

   

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major related in medical science and pharmacy.

  大学本科及以上学历，医学、药学或相关专业

• 6 years of experience in sales; at least 3 years of experience in equipment sales background and 3 years of experience in district managing.

  6年以上销售经验，3年以上地区管理经验；

• 5 years of experience in managing distributors and a well knowledge on maternity retail industry preferred.

  5年以上经销商管理经验；了解母婴零售业务尤佳；

• With strong sense of leadership, excellent communication and commercial skills and demonstrate outstanding analytical ability.
