Responsibility

1.根据国家EHS相关法律法规，制定和维护公司EHS文件体系

Formulate and maintain EHS document system according to relevant national EHS laws and regulations

2.执行定期安全检查制度，并督促隐患及时整改，预防事故发生

Implement the regular safety inspection system, and urge the hidden dangers to be rectified in time to prevent accidents

3.组织开展事故调查和整改落实，完善事故调查和报告流程

Carry out investigation and improvement of accident investigation and report

4.对入厂承包商进行管理、培训及评估，使之符合工厂安全管理的规定；建立特种设备台账，督促确保特种设备完成强检项目，使之符合法律法规的要求。

Manage, train and evaluate the contractors entering the factory to make them conform to the safety management regulations of the factory; establish the special equipment account to supervise and ensure that the special equipment completes the compulsory inspection project, so as to make it meet the requirements of laws and regulations.

5.负责员工安全教育工作，新进员工的上岗教育培训，建立、完善EHS培训管理体系。

Be responsible for the safety education of employees, the induction education and training of new employees, and establish and improve the EHS training management system.

6.负责设备验收进行安全审核及审批。

Be responsible for equipment acceptance, safety audit and approval.

7.负责公司内急救流程体系管理，以及急救药箱管理员急救培训安排。

Be responsible for the management of the first aid process system in the company, as well as the first aid training arrangement for the first-aid kit administrator.

8.化学品台账的日常维护及管理。

Daily maintenance and management of chemical account.

9.熟悉ISO45001/ISO14001或安全生产标准化要求，具有一定体系管理经验为佳。

Familiar with iso45001 / ISO14001 or safety production standardization requirements, with certain system management experience is preferred.

10.协助编制和上报公司和政府要求的各类报告。（职业危害因素上报，安全隐患上报，和化学品上报等）

Assist in preparing and reporting various reports required by the company and the government. (reporting of occupational hazards, potential safety hazards, chemicals, etc.)

11.监督并检查工厂各项环保措施的落实，实施政府要求的各项环境监督与管理工作，如监测、环境报告、环保许可证办理等。

Supervise and inspect the implementation of various environmental protection measures of the factory, and implement various environmental supervision and management work required by the government, such as monitoring, environmental report, environmental protection permit, etc.

12.保持与相关支持部门及政府部门良好的沟通与协调。

Maintain good communication and coordination with relevant support departments and government departments.

Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above, related in environmental engineering or safety engineering ;

本科以上学历, 安全环境、安全工程类相关专业优先；

2.more than 3 years EHS working experience in related foreign company;

三年以上环安卫工作经验，相关外资企业EHS工作经验优先；

3.Certified safety engineer qualification, familiarity with Chinese environmental, health and safety ,radiation regulations, strong responsibility;

熟悉国家安全、环保、职业健康、辐射等法律法规以及当地环保政策，责任

心强，态度认真；

4.Sound knowledge of ISO 14001 and 18001 management systems

熟悉ISO14001，OHSAS18001等相关知识;

5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

优秀的沟通能力及人际交往能力

6.Strong communication skills, fluency (written and spoken) in English.

良好的沟通能力和英语表达能力。
