职能描述
1、 参与公司高层年度计划，并制定项目组阶段任务，制定操作目标和市场目标，负责项目操作和市场开发人员安排。
2、项目操作上，与相关合作方保持良好联系，监督项目操作的具体执行情况，调整和完善标准工作流程。处理各类突发事件并及时向项目总监汇报。
3、市场开发上，保持市场灵敏度，尤其对正在执行项目的所在国进行新项目信息的挖掘和跟踪。对市场总监负责，汇报和沟通市场任务完成情况与进展报告。
4、项目阶段总结任务，需要将项目信息归入公司系统，与公司其他部门资源共享。
5、项目组成员职业规划和培训任务，成员绩效考核。
6 2013年在丰台总部基地办公，2014年在首都机场新写字楼办公，请充分考虑该因素
任职要求
1、 本科及以上学历，5年以上工程货物物流领域业务操作经验； 2、 熟悉海运操作，具备单证、货代、运输及一定进出口贸易知识； 3、 英文听说读写，电脑办公软件操作熟练
4、 工作细心、责任心强，良好的组织协调能力，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神；
5、 身体素质好，能适应国内外港口短期出差，适应高强度工作。
