职位描述
岗位内容：
1、 完成公司行政条线管理规划,协调各部门关系,积极配合做好内部管理工作;
2、 统筹管理公司固定资产、工商管理、公共关系管理、档案管理、后勤管理等业务;
3、 具有合理调配费用管控意识,对各类费用进行系统性分析和总结,并提出优化方案;
4、维护公司各项规章制度的，执行与追踪，负责公司各项规章制度的完善、推行；
5.、负责部门人才梯队搭建，并监督、指导、考核员工的日常工作。
岗位要求：
1、3年以上大型商业/商办项目物业管理同等职位；
2、具备丰富的物业各职能部门管理经验；熟悉物业管理相关法规；
3、有很强的逻辑思维能力和表达能力，管理和沟通能力；
4、沟通协调能力强，能承受较大的工作压力。
上班时间：双休8小时
薪资：20k-25k
