岗位内容：
1.负责弱电系统的运行、维修、维护以及弱电工程改造的技术方案支持工作；
2、编制并定期更新弱电系统服务方案，包括维修保养指导书、相关记录表格、维护点 检项目清单和应急预案；
3、对运维团队技术人员进行相关技术培训；
4、编制设备设施全生命周期的预防性大修方案计划；
5、年度全面评估弱电设备系统，输出健康评估报告；
6、制定核心设备系统的故障维修方案，协助解决运维团队日常遇到的技术难点；
7、弱电专业分包商管理，负责监督专业维保的实施情况，供应商绩效考核；
8、建立设备设施台账，并根据现场调整后更新台账；
9、参与能源管理，根据现场系统和运行调整，及时调整弱电控制系统，达到节能效 果；
10、跟踪最新的专业技术和设备,策划最适合本项目要求的专业方案,并就合理性、经济 性、科学性作综合评估及报告；
11、完成领导交办的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
1、相关弱电专业（通信、电子、计算机、自控类等）专科及以上学历，具有3年以上弱电项目管理经验；
2、熟悉弱电智能工程行业背景，熟悉各系统涉及的主要设备品牌、性能和报价，能独立完成网络监控系统、视频会议、网络综合布线、楼宇智能化、一卡通、门禁、监控等各类系统的方案设计；
3、熟悉视频监控、报警、门禁、综合布线等弱电系统的设计原理，熟悉安防行业设计标准；具有较强的合约处理能力，熟悉招、投标工作组织流程、合同条款；
4、能够熟练使用CAD，具有安防系统设计制图能力，可独立完成设计、竣工图纸绘制优先考虑；
5、身体健康，有良好的职业道德和吃苦耐劳精神，能承受较大的工作压力；
6、具有良好的语言表达能力、沟通能力、应变能力，良好的人际关系、团队合作精神和服务意识，具有较强工作责任心。
上班时间：双休8小时
薪资：10k-15k 年终绩效奖金
