职位描述
岗位内容：1、负责项目前期介入、验收接管、运行、维修、维护以及改造的技术工作包括但不限于所有涉及到配电室、发电机组、变压器、配电控制柜、空气开关、配电线路从配电室到办公之间的部分、照明及应急照明系统、消防控制系统等涉及到限电或安全保护的空气开关等；
2、编制电气设备、照明系统预防性维护计划、点检表和点检项目清单, 其中包括重点电气设备的维护和保养指引；
3、制定应急发电预案，并对电工进行发电工作的相关技术培训；
4、计划、实施、监督、反馈对大楼的用电安全进行年检；
5、根据客户对更高工作效率的要求对重点设备进行改造的可行性研究并拟定改造方案， 并在客户批准方案后进行细节设计；
6、协助工程经理落实能源管理系统，分析系统运行数据，不断完善系统管理，从而达到节能降耗的目标；
任职要求：
1、全日制大专以上学历，电气或机电相关专业，了解电气专业相关国标；
2、具有办公写字楼、工厂、商企相关系统运行维护经验3年以上；
3、具备独立判断电力系统故障的能力并指导团队的能力；
4、对电力系统节能及管理方面有实际操作经验；
5、良好的口头与书面沟通、表达能力。
上班时间：双休8小时
薪资：10k-15k 年终绩效奖金
