- The position will be In charge of I MT China supplier audit, coordinate the auditors of I MT China entities for an efficiency working method, make sure an efficiency and correct audit result to be achieved. Be responsible for supplier matrix management, insure a competitive supplier base for procurement selection and order placing. Annual supplier evaluation, supplier development and NCR management.

What are My Responsibilities?
1. Be responsible for I MT China supplier audit and supplier annual auidt plan set up and annual audit implementation.
2. Take a leading position on supplier audit, coordinate the auditors within I MT China entities, balacne the auditing resource for a efficiency audit result.
3. Manage the supplier management system, make sure the correct report and information uploaded into the system.

4. Responsible for supplier development and corrective action implementation.
5. Be responsible for the set up of supplier capablity Matrix management, update the capability based on the real status of supplier.
6. Support Procurement department to select the qualified supplier for order placing.
7. Responsible for SQM related Fitback and NCR information following up.
8. Follow Siemens HSE requirements.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- minimum 5 - 7 related years, experience in various P&L functions, QA as well as cross-functions
- Professional expertise in supplier audit: expert
- Technical knowledge and knowledge of the metal or heavy industry: advanc.
- Knowledge of relevant regulation and procedure for QA, HSE and industry standards: advanc.
- Negotiation and communication skills: advanc.
- English Language Skills in writing & orally: advanc.
- Good time management and service awareness: advanc.
- Good computer skills of MS Word, Excel, PPT and email.: advanc.
- Must understand engineering drawings incl. machining symbols, welding symbols.
- Have knowledge of machining methods and processes; be able to control welding quality and understand WPS.
- leadership experience required
- Experience working in international teams
- At least 5 years supplier audit and supplier base management experience.
- To be certified with a proffesional auditor, have the experience to audit the large manufacture suppliers.
