JOB PURPOSE

XPO LOGISTICS GLOBAL FORWARDING Division continues to grow through our in-house capability to deliver global supply chain solutions to both new and existing clients. To further support the development the Documentation will support, maintain and develop operations in addition to supporting other areas of the business as required by the Operations/Air Freight/Sea Freight Manager

为公司提供单证相关支持管理工作

职位描述：

1. 货物装柜后,根据客户提供的提单补料,及时入系统,和客户对单,给船公司补海运提单资料

2. 根据运费条款给客户出具对帐单,确认应收费用

3. 及时索取船公司费用单和发票,在系统里入应付费用;将发票交主管审批付款

4. 追客户付款,收到水单后与财务确认到帐,给客户邮寄提单

5. 及时发送文件给海外代理,确保安全,顺利放货
