高级产品经理/总监-数字化产品方向

岗位介绍：

1.  根据UST品牌定位及发展，制定年度/季度/月度现状及阶段性产品运营计划（产品结构\生命周期\品类调性\上新波段、陈列氛围等）；
2.  与数字化中心协同，基于 IT 行业技术发展趋势负责产品迭代与功能增补，保障核心战略产品的行业领先性和先进性；
3.  关注IT运维行业发展趋势和竞品动态，根据用户分析与研究，对产品提出改进可行性建议，创新产品思路，提升用户满意度；
4.  协同市场营销策略，通过创新持续建设企业核心产品，对产品进行可持续发展的战略性规划和设计，开发企业战略数字化产品的价值点；
5.  负责跟进产品上线，并保持跟踪和管理，将用户运营的策略产品化，赋能运营；
6.  和产品设计、战略投资、销售、市场营销、交付等企业关联团队保持紧密沟通，协调处理项目过程遇到的各种问题；
7.  定期复盘，根据产品销售数据及用户反馈，不断调整产品运营计划，优化用户体验。

职位要求：

1. 2-3年以上数字化产品经验，有IT 行业数字化产品/SaaS 云端数字化产品运营经验优先；

2. 逻辑思维强，有良好的团队协同能力；

3. 深度了解 IT 运维相关领域的行业技术发展趋势与特点；

4. 熟悉数字化产品运营管理流程，能把控产品开发/迭代全过程；

5. 对用户体验高度敏感，有同理心，能够深刻把握数字原生用户需求趋势；

6. 对市场发展趋势有敏锐的洞察力，有较强的创新意识及良好的分析、研判能力；

7. 富有责任心，具备良好的沟通协调能力；

8. 有独立思考和解决问题的能力&责任心强，对工作充满热情，富有创新精神，能承受较大的工作压力；

9. 具备基本职场英语能力。
