Responsibilities:

• Customer relationship maintenance
• Ensure smooth internal & external communication channel
• Schedule training and learning plan for team members on business controls
• Lead team members to be in compliance of SOP
• Overall management of in-bound & out-bound data and inventory management status
• Update activities reports and to be the key user of WMS system to make sure logistics activities running smooth with high accuracy
• Claim handling
• Reduce usage space by stock level optimization
• Inventory accuracy control in compliance with contract and internal KPI     
• Lead process optimization and continuous improvement

Requirements:

-         University graduate or Logistics/Factory working experience of 5 years

-         Over 5 year of working experience in logistics industry.

-         With Experience on WMS, SCM is preferable.

-         Interest in warehouse operation and logistics industry.

-         General Knowledge on logistics & freight forwarding operation

-         Familiar with ERP system, familiar with cosmetics warehouse operation process

-         Fair command of written and spoken English

-         Good in computer knowledge is required to perform data processing, handling of email routine and access intranets. Especially PC technique in MS office: Word & Excel & Access.
