Space Brand Ambassador, Polestar China

Polestar is Volvo Car Group’s performance road car brand. In October 2017, Polestar was confirmed as a new, separately-branded high-performance electrified car company, offering a portfolio of bespoke Polestar cars. Polestar will enjoy specific technological and engineering synergies with Volvo Cars and benefit from significant economies of scale as a result of its connection to Volvo. These synergies will allow it to design, develop and build world-beating electrified high performance cars.

At Polestar, our Space Brand Ambassador, consistently deliver on an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all of our current and future customers. They constitute Polestar’s front line and are our brand advocator, supporting our mission by creating memorable experiences for our customers.

As a Brand Ambassador I, you will support customers from the moment they walk into our space to learn about Polestar. We’ve created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help deliver an equally innovative and unforgettable customer experience.

Main responsibilities

• Thrive for extraordinary customer experience. Introduce people to the exciting vehicle and service of Polestar, turning curiosity into intense interest. You thrive on interactions with customers as well as with team members.
• Engage walk in guests promptly, personally and professionally, and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome.
• Understand who our guests are, what brought them to Polestar, their intent, their needs of the car and timeline to purchase, then create customer profile and maintain the client pipeline in a productive and effective way.
• Educate and excite guests by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based upon their interests and agenda.
• Help Polestar maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling Test Drives, conducting test drives, and following up the customer by walking them through the purchasing process.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all current and future owners
• Create the energy and excitement around Polestar offers, including vehicle, financing solutions, service etc. Always curious, creative and enthusiastic, you stay on top of news and updates/policy about products and initiatives, ready to apply your expertise in customer interactions.

Requirements and Personal qualities

• Customer facing experience preferred
• Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the innovations in the personal transportation industry
• Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
• Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail, strong customer focus mindset
• Demonstrate a mastery of all Polestar products and services. Keep up with EV industry trends and local EV policy and incentives
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable safe driving record.
