职位描述
Significant experience supporting sales and/or customer-oriented business teams in the Quote-to-Cash process
? Strong business and financial management experience, with leadership and business-driven influencing skills
? Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills including the ability to design and utilize effective spreadsheets
? Strong English and Mandarin oral and written communication skills with ability to effectively gather and convey information via e-mail or phone, across time zones, to sales and services professionals located in our domestic and international offices
? Demonstrated success collaborating cross functionally
? Manage and ensure compliance with company policies and external statutory requirements
? Ability to manage intense workloads within short timeframes and deadlines
? Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications
? BA/BS in business or a technically related field, and 5+ years’ experience
? Revenue recognition experience in the software industry
? MBA and/or professional certifications including CPA or equivalent.
? Advanced competency level with company business systems and tools including SAP, Business Objects, Oracle Hyperion, MS Office applications and QlikView
Position Description
As a member of the Mentor Siemens finance organization you will act as a business partner to the Pac Rim sales teams, with a primary focus on China, and as a liaison to the Mentor Graphics Legal and Order Fulfillment organizations. In collaboration with the sales teams and legal and operations personnel, you will provide business acumen and leadership in constructing and administering revenue contracts and deals.
Job Duties
? Provide deal support in the areas of pricing and packaging, discounting, and contract preparation and negotiation
? Ensure the accounting integrity of future revenue streams while executing complex customer contracts
? Actively contribute to the territory team business through strategy coaching, business plan development, and policy and procedure interpretation and adherence
? Perform business planning, forecasting & reporting (orders and revenue), analysis and controllership duties to promote fiscal responsibility and compliance with company policies
? Assist in the sales quota setting and review process and the implementation of the sales compensation plan
