Strategic purpose of the position:

To enhance the financial accounting capabilities in China. Centre of excellence on ERP and Hyperion.

Core responsibilities:

· Enhance China E2E reporting process and connection across different system landscape

· Provide solution on system enhancement and data excellence

· Provide professional accounting standard guidance to team

· Review GAAP difference between IFRS and PRC GAAP and drive GAAP convergence

· Manage overall reporting transaction processing.

· Be the owner of controlling process.

· Implement continuous improvement ensure the processes are optimized for both efficiency and effectiveness

· Collaborate with BU financial controllers and other functional stakeholders to manage internal customer satisfaction

· Being the expert in ERP system and Hyperion

任职条件Professional qualification and competencies

· ACCA or equivalent is a must

· Strong in both IFRS and PRC GAAP

· Excellent communication and management skills

· Hardworking, pro-active and self-motivated

· Hands on ERP system experience, preferably NAV and SAP, Excel and PowerPoint, and reporting system like HFM

· Knowledge in project management will be an advantage

· Good command of English and Mandarin

Educational / minimum requirements:

· Big 4 background with at least 4 years in professional firm plus 5 years commercial experience

· University graduate or above in accounting, finance discipline

· FMCG experience is preferred
