岗位职责：

1、审核各个团队的供应商brief，提醒采供部相应人员回复；

2、收集、汇总、分析各种采购相关数据，并编制月报、季报、年报；

3、管理供应商档案和合同；

4、定期整理更新供应商database；

5、整理和备份项目文件；

6、公司介绍整理，双微撰写、排版及更新；；

7、行业奖项的评奖资料撰写及行业奖项跟进

8、行业媒体关系维护及跟进。

任职要求：

1、大三在读生，公关广告类，文笔好，英文也较好，每周可以实习至少3天；

1、对数字高度敏感，责任心强，工作细致，积极主动，善于沟通；

2、熟练操作Office系列软件，尤其是Excel。
