PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the management and growth of corporate accounts in China, developing channel strategies, developing strong value-adding business relationships with senior level corporate account customers in China.
• Strategic and operational leadership of all corporate account business in China.
• Provide strong leadership, direction and coaching to the reporting Corporate Accounts team to ensure IDEXX meets and exceeds customer expectations, creating enduring and sustainable strategic partnerships.
• Senior member and liason of the global corporate account team.
• Actively lead, collaborate and orchestrate the support, management and growth of China corporate accounts across all supporting functions with China, developing a cohesive, long-term strategy, ensuring clear lines of communication with the field sales team to enable flawless execution with a top/down and bottoms/up account management strategy.
• Thought leader / key influencer to IDEXX CAG strategy execution and industry adoption of innovation and standards of care that continue to elevate the commercial and professional standing of IDEXX in the corporate account marketplace.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

Relevant business qualifications (Commerce/Marketing/MBA) are essential; science/veterinary medicine degree highly regarded

EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years relevant corporate and key group accounts management experience, with a demonstrated track record of success
• 10+ years’ experience in the management of direct reports, both locally and remotely

• Strong business acumen with broad industry view and the ability to expertly evaluate potential business and product opportunities
• Strong management, leadership, and mentoring skills
• Strong knowledge and application of selling skills and techniques
• Record success in persuasion and negotiation
• Attention to detail with advanced literacy skills (business plans, proposals, contracts)
• High level interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Has a solid understanding of business and marketing principles
• Knowledge of veterinary diagnostics essential
