1. 负责组织推进、执行品质管理程序和质量控制标准，降低产品不合格率和顾客投诉；

2. 及时与生产部、维修部及其它部门讨论出生产线不符合项的更正行动，降低生产线的不符合项的发生，负责跟进质量不符合项SAP系统操作根据；

3. 负责推进、执行生产现场的GMP的改善；

4. 负责协助及支持通过客户的质量体系审核；

5. 负责全年On line QC的培训、教育、考核、奖励等工作；

6. 负责协助及支持On line QC处理好生产线质量问题及时和相关部门进行沟通；

7. 负责提出现场各项的质量问题报告、统计报告、信息报告等；

8. 负责协助经理完成部门目标和各项工作的安排、要求

岗位要求：

1. 食品科学，食品安全或相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上工作经验，至少1年以上的在线质量管理经验；

2. 良好的组织、计划、管理能力，较强的学习能力；

3. 良好的沟通、协调能力和较强的人际关系；

4. 熟悉品质控制的方法、要求和较强的解决问题的能力；

5. 熟悉生产工艺、了解生产设备对质量的影响，具备喷雾塔在线质量控制经验且具有乳制品行业工作经验的更佳；

6. 熟悉质量管理体系（GMP、HACCP、FSSC22000等）；

7. 熟练的英语读、写能力，可进行基础的英语口语沟通。
