We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join our ambitious and highly motivated NEXPERIA Sales and Marketing team. The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing the strategic sales and marketing plan focusing on Business Development for MOSFETs & GaN FETs in the Greater China Region.

The RMM will lead Marketing and Business development initiatives of responsible products to ensure all of NEXPERIA’s Technical, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Expertise is fully leveraged in the region resulting in providing the highest possible level of customer satisfaction while maximizing sales and profit.

In addition the RMM will also work to provide valuable insight back into the organization to ensure we can build upon NEXPERIA’s leadership position as a global powerhouse in Discretes, Logic and Power MOSFET technology.

What you will do

• Responsible for Greater China marketing strategy of MOSFETs & GaN FETs then drive business results, grow market share, and position Nexperia’s portfolio to become the leading supplier in the Greater China
• Manage & Develop business relationships with Key Accounts, EMS Manufacturers, and Distribution Partners
• Drive increased business results for the GC mainly South China Region
• Achieve and exceed quarterly/yearly sales targets
• Track and identify market trends, product trends, competitive positioning, and market pricing trends
• Responsible for tracking and driving metrics on New Design Wins with appropriate tools
• Ownership of total strategy to drive continuous market share gains within the Region to reach Business Goals
• Responsible for driving and managing the strategy for the GC Marketing Promotions, Field Sales Training, and Customer Training
• When needed, direct customer facing and direct line of contact and support for customers, EMS & Distribution partners
• Communicate results, market intelligence, competitive information and any relevant information internally to NEXPERIA management.

What you will need

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Engineering preferred
• 10+ Years’ Semiconductor experience with split Sales/Marketing roles and 3+ years in product marketing role
• Proactive, independently working and enthusiastic person, who is willing to take initiative, feels at ease in an International and fast-paced environment and knows how to set priorities.
• Good knowledge for MOSFETs in both technical & market view
• Excellent customer facing, presentation, and communication (written & verbal) skill
• Must be capable of balancing between Technical, Sales & Marketing disciplines
• Flexible on travelling requests
• Customer Facing Skills: Teaching/Training on Products, Presentations, Product and Company Positioning, leading customer meetings, and business negotiations
• Good organizational skills and commitment to fast follow through
