职责描述：
? Improve the visibility and transparency of the business across the organization
? Keep the data consistency in terms of accuracy
? Build up single source for the data collection, verification and reporting
? Improve the efficiency of commercial excellence by data-driven method
? Transform large and complex dataset into compelling visual stories and facility and decision – making by visualization tools (Power BI)
? Design actionable analytical sales plans for commercial team;
? Develop and maintain self-service reporting platform on portal and provide training sessions
? Work cross function and business stakeholder to manage project requirements and realization
? Manage company level reporting and dashboard system, optimize dashboard flexibility and improved user experiences in data lake
? Work closely with a diverse global community of business intelligence users and data consumers to understand business strategy and vision, and provide reporting and analytic solutions to match
? Manage complex global analysis and reporting initiatives spanning different functional/technical areas across all levels of reporting competency.

任职要求：
Education: ? Bachelor’s degree required preferably in business and international trading.
Experience: ? 5+ years in marketing and data analysis role in life science, instrument or healthcare industries.
? Experience in Business Intelligence analysis, design and development experience.
? Experience in enterprise level business intelligence and data management including design and deployment of scalable and highly available solutions
