JOB PURPOSE

To make each AI shpt running in order and to meet clients requirements and to try to enlarge gross margin for each job file through professional handling. 

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

• Keep Good Communication With  Carrier, Co-Loader, Supplier And Oversea Station To Ensure And Secure Each Ai Shipment Running In Order(Including Flight Information In-Time Update To Customers, Damage Issue Handling, Speed-Up Of Customs/CIQ Declaration, On-Time Local Delivery, Accurate Vat Inv Issuing Etc)
• Have a good communication skill to make customer, network agent updated once meet emergency/unforseen difficulties during shpt’s handling. Be able to protect BOLLORE own profit once meet special cases.
• Have Flexibility And Capability To Forecast Potential Risks During Daily Operation
• Have a good knowledge of PVG terminal rule, customs/CIQ rule and request, airlines flight info.
• Experience With Different Cargo Handing Such As General Cargo, Special Cargo(Dangerous Goods, Perishable Goods, Oversized Goods, Temperature Control Goods, Exhibition Cargo, Personal Effects Etc)
• Other tasks assigned by Manager

        

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Team work spirit, hard work attitude, good communication skill in both Chinese and English,
• Minimum 4 years experience in AI operation position or 2 years experience in AI senior operation position at if industry.
