Job Purpose

Build up and Optimize LD(Licensed Dealer) network; Define/finetune LD management policy; LD competency development

 

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Work together with sales team to build up Licensed Dealer network, F2F interview LD candidates and assessment, exit LD risk management
• Finetune channel policy and optimize assessment process
• Optimize channel network by assessment of regional growth potential and competition status
• Enhance Channel productivity and competency by dedicated channel development programs
• Project dealer management and risk control

 

Required Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Strong background in and understanding of multi-channel business model, with business development sense
• Rich front-line channel sales and management experience, understanding dealer business success criteria
• Ability to manage giant channel partner
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical skill
• Embrace change and challenge
• Innovation thinking & Entrepreneur mindset
• Willing to work under pressure
• Willing to work together with sales team and dealers to solve tough problems
• Willing to Travel
